Results and Ambitions

  • Partnered with Little League District 5 in 2016 to provide 800 coaches PCA training.

  • Partnering with San Juan Unified School District to provide a PCA leadership workshop to all high school athletic directors.

  • Partnering  with Little League District 54 and District 5 in 2017 to provide additional PCA workshop training.

  • 3 BE Days -  community outreach days where young athletes learned the value and benefits of giving back to their leagues through a project based field improvement day and coach for a day program.

  • Scholarship program for high school students who develop a community concept that best encapsulates the BE mission and has the most positive impact on their community.

How You Can Help

  • Refer a league or school for a PCA grant. Complete the “Recommend a League” form and we will follow up to determine if the organization is eligible for up to a $500 grant to use towards the cost of a partnership. Most leagues and schools will qualify if they are new to PCA.

  • Spread the word about our $500 scholarships for high school juniors and seniors.

  • Refer a family to the BE! Active program for kids who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling. More details on the “BE! Active” tab.
